These wines are a perfect example of fresh and subtle wines, fruity and light. Sémillon forms the base of the Blanche cuvée and Merlot of the Rosé cuvée. Chenin Blanc, or Cabernet Franc for the Rosé, adds complexity to these two wines, which are fully fermented and aged in tanks to preserve their youthful aromas. The secondary fermentation in the bottle is followed by approximately one year of aging on the lees.
