This wine comes from plots with very chalky soils, facing due north. This superbly preserves its finesse and freshness. Muscadelle, our signature grape variety, lends a floral touch and great elegance. The addition of old Sémillon vines brings length and refinement. The result is a perfectly balanced wine that gains in complexity over several years.
