This sparkling wine is made from old-vine Sémillon grapes grown on clay-limestone and limestone plots on the north-facing slope of the Tirecul La Gravière valley. It has benefited from meticulous care from harvest to bottling, in the tradition of the finest sparkling wines, with fermentation and extended aging in barrels. The "Jackie" cuvée is representative of the elegance and aromatic richness that the coolest plots of our terroir can offer, with grapes harvested at perfect ripeness. The secondary fermentation in the bottle is followed by a minimum of 3 years of aging on the lees to enrich this wine.
